Yes, our doors are covered by a 10 year replacement warranty on the manufacturing.

Can you put a security door on a sliding door?

Yes, you can put a security door on a sliding door.

Can I have my front door key work on the security door?

Yes, in most cases you can use the same door key for your front door and the security door.

I have an odd paint colour I’d like to match the security door to?

In most cases you will find a match, we have over 300 powder coat colours available to choose from.

Our door is an odd size, can we get a door to fit?

Yes, all our custom doors are made to measure to suit your door jamb.

Can I get more keys cut?

We supply 2 keys per door, however, there are no restrictions on how many you’d like to get cut on top of that.

I can only afford to get one door at time, but does that mean each door will have a different key?

If you plan to buy a few doors, then when can arrange to buy extra cylinders with the first door and have all doors keyed alike for you.

Can I get two doors to meet at a 90-degree angle?

In most cases, but we’d need to look at it. New Prowler Proof technology allows us to provide options for alfresco and outdoor living areas.

Can you refit my old fly wire doors and screens with new mesh?

In most cases, yes. We also have a range of options of mesh that can be used.

Do you repair old doors and flyscreens?

Yes, we can repair old doors and flyscreens. Most commonly we re-mesh, replace locks, sandblast, and powder coat flyscreens and doors, and instal new window winders.

Can I get a fly screen to cover my bi-fold doors?

Yes, we have a few different options available.

Can I get an insect screen over my servery window?

Yes, we have both vertical and horizontal sliding options.

Is the mesh always black or are there other options?

The mesh is always black because it’s the best colour for the eye to see through.

Is the retractable fly screen lockable?

No, they are purely designed to keep insects out.

What colours do the Retractable/Pleated fly screens come in?

The standard frame colours are black, white, clear anodise and white birch. We also have powder coated options to match timber or the Dulux Duralloy Range.
